DUA Mediterranean Kitchen - This Mediterranean BYOB in Bryn Mawr, PA offers fresh pasta and tasting menus on Tuesday. Main dinner entrees include lamb shanks, fritata mista and orata. 1000 W Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA

El Ching on Philly - El Ching was launched by Chef Aparicio to bring the provinces of Mexico to Philadelphia. Chingon translates to someone or something cool, awesome, very good. Fiore Rosso - Meaning "red flower", Fiore Rosso explores Italian cuisine and culture from Chef Marc Vetri. This steakhouse features crudo of beef tartare, bone-in ribeyes and wagyu rib cap. 915 Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA

Ritz on 4th - Executive Chef Alison Fitzpatrick is a vegan running this new vegan restaurant in Queen Village Philadelphia. Menu items include BBQ jack sliders, rigotcha and a whole range of pastas. 743 S 4th St, Philadelphia, PA 19147

Grace & Proper - This Portugeuese inspired vintage Eurobar opened in November of this year in a gorgeously renovated corner store that dates to 1920. The restaurant features an extensive wine list from Portugal, Spain, Italy and California, with Portugeuese inspired food items. 941 S 8th St, Philadelphia, PA

Jomon BBQ- This Japanese BBQ offers the fun of shared plates and communal cooking. Inspired by the Japanese culinary art of Yakiniku (table grilling), menu items include brisket, beef bulgogi. Plus, cocktails like the Tokyo Mule. 1310 Walnut St, Philadelphia, PA
